Bumame Protect Plus
This product is a type of Personal Accident Insurance that offers a wide scope of benefits to protect customers in the event of risks such as accidental death, permanent total/partial disability due to an accident, medical treatment due to an accident, and follow-up care due to the side effects of procedures during the coverage period. The benefits offered are as follows:
- Accidental Death Benefit. This benefit provides financial support in the unfortunate event of death caused by an accident during the coverage period, with a limit of IDR 52,500,000.
- Permanent Total/Partial Disability Benefit due to Accident. Provides compensation for physical conditions that permanently lose function, either partially or entirely, based on a medical diagnosis, up to IDR 25,000,000.
- Medical Treatment Benefit due to Accident. Facilitates reimbursement for medical expenses at hospitals or clinics required by the insured immediately following an accident, up to IDR 25,000,000.
- Follow-Up Care Benefit Due to Side Effects of Procedures. Special protection for insured individuals who experience certain side effects after undergoing a check-up, treatment at a clinic/hospital, or telemedicine via Bumame services, with a limit of IDR 1,000,000.
This insurance service is automatically included when customers transact for vaccine or vitamin booster infusion services at Bumame Clinics. Claims for Bumame Protect Plus can be easily submitted by Bumame customers through the Cermati Protect claims portal at https://www.cermati.com/cermatiprotect/claim. Customers only need to complete the claim form with data such as the chronology of the event, personal details, bank account information, and other supporting documents. This technology-driven claims process is highly practical, as customers can review the progress of their claims online, making the submission process seamless.
